AFTER REMANDMENT

This court’s opinion in Watkins ‍‌‌​​​​‌​​​​‌‌​​​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​​​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌​​‌​​​​​‌​​​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‍v. State, issued March 20,1984 is hereby withdrawn.

After remand by the Supreme ‍‌‌​​​​‌​​​​‌‌​​​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​​​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌​​‌​​​​​‌​​​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‍Court of Alabama in Ex parte Watkins, 509 So.2d 1064 (Ala.1984), this case is ‍‌‌​​​​‌​​​​‌‌​​​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​​​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌​​‌​​​​​‌​​​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‍remanded to the trial court for proceedings consistent with the opinion ‍‌‌​​​​‌​​​​‌‌​​​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​​​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌​​‌​​​​​‌​​​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‍of the Supreme Court in Ex parte Watkins.

OPINION OF MARCH 20, 1984, ‍‌‌​​​​‌​​​​‌‌​​​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​​​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌​​‌​​​​​‌​​​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‍WITHDRAWN.
