State, 21 Ala. App. ‍‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​​​​‌​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​​​​​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‍585, 111 So. 43.
