Petition of Herbert L. Watkins for Certiorari to the Court of Civil Appeals to review and ‍​​​​​​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‍revise the judgment and decision of that Court in Watkins v. Brannon, etc., 54 Ala.App.-, 309 So.2d 464.
