The facts in this case do not differ ‍​‌​‌​​​​‌‌‌​​​​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‍materially from the facts in Washington Nat. Bldg. & L. Asso. v. Pifer, ante, 484, and the decree, therefore, must be affirmed, ‍​‌​‌​​​​‌‌‌​​​​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‍with costs, and it is so ordered. Affirmed.
