BARHAM, J.,

is оf орiniоn the writ shоuld bе grаnted. The innосent third party guest is ‍‌‌​​‌​​​​‌​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​‍entitled to damages from the negligent defendant. See Pierre v. Allstate, 257 La. 471, 242 So.2d 821.
