This was an action to recover from the defendant the amount of plaintiff’s medical bill for attention to one P. B. Wilson. The answer denied that the services of plaintiff to said Wilson were rendered at defendant’s instance and request, and also that such services were not rendered with professional skill, etc. There was also a general denial of the allegations of the complaint. Judgment on verdict was for the plaintiff, and defendant now appeals.
It is the judgment of this Court, that the judgment of the Circuit Court be reversed, and the cause be remanded to that Court for a new trial.
