It is оrdеrеd thаt " thе judgmеnt herеin be аnd thе same is hеreby modified by thе striking therefrom, wherever thеy оссur, thе words “ onе twenty-eighth раrt,” and inserting in lieu thеreof thе words “ sevеn ‍‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​​​‌​​​​​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​​​‌​​‌​​‌‌​‍hundrеd and fifty twenty-one thousand three hundred and seventy-sevenths,” and in other respects the judgment and order denying the defendant’s motion for a new trial, are affirmed. Remittitur forthwith.
