Md.1863Check TreatmentAfter a careful investigation of the proceedings in this cause, we concur in the views taken by the judge of the Circuit Court, and, for the reasons assigned in the opinion delivered by him, sustained by the authorities therein cited, the order of the 11th day of February 1863, dissolving the injunction, will be affirmed.
Order affirmed with cost to appellees in this Court, and cause remanded for further proceedings.
