Petition of Willie Gerald Walker for certiorari to the Court of Appeals ‍​‌​​​​‌‌‌​​‌​​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‍to review and revise the judgment and decision in Walker v. State, 43 Ala.App. 582, 196 So.2d 727.
