The only ruling complained ‍​​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​​‌‌​​​​​​​​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‍of being the overruling of the plaintiff’s demurrer to a ‍​​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​​‌‌​​​​​​​​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‍sheriff’s answer to a money rule, and there having been ‍​​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​​‌‌​​​​​​​​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‍no final judgment on the rule, this court has no ‍​​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​​‌‌​​​​​​​​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‍jurisdiction to entertain the writ of error.
