This is an appeal from an order discharging a writ of habeas corpus. Vanderpool,
Petitioner, having violated the criminal law of the State of Arkansas, cannot complain because the United States surrendered him to the custody of the State of Arkansas for trial and punishment.
Petitioner having not fully served" the remainder of his Federal sentence, the writ was properly discharged.
Affirmed.
