Motion To Suspend The Rules
To The Honeeable Judges of The Court of Criminal Appenis: Comes move, O.D. Van Buren, Retitioner, and files this Motion in request for the Court to suspend the Tews Rule of Appellate Procedure, Rule 2. In relation to the requirement of the number of copies to be filled, and the requirements of serving copies on State Prasecting Attorney and Prasectar on appeal, due to Retitioners inability, to make copies.
Wherefore, Retitioner prays this Court grant this motion and suspend the rules governing the requirements, herein mentioned.
