ORDER

It is further ORDERED that the parties file simultaneous supplemental ‍‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​‌​‌​​​​​‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​​‌‌‍briefs not later than Thursday, August 20,1998.
