The sole question presented on this appeal is whether or not the provisions of Section 5861(d) and (i) of Title 26, United States Code, violated the appellant's constitutional rights against self-incrimination. The identical question was presented to this court in the case of Piper v. United States, 443 F.2d 371" court="5th Cir." date_filed="1971-05-06" href="https://app.midpage.ai/document/united-states-v-thomas-james-piper-jr-296975?utm_source=webapp" opinion_id="296975">443 F.2d 371, in which this court upheld the constitutionality of these provisions of the National Firearms Act.

For the reasons set forth in Piper v. United States, the judgment of the district court is hereby affirmed.1
