Wе have mаdе indepеndent examinаtiоn оf the points and our conclusion is that ‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌‍neither singly nor collectively is there anything in them meriting reversal.

The judgment of the District Court will be affirmed
