ORDER AMENDING OPINION
The opinion in the above-captioned case, filed January 25, 1990, 894 F.2d 1402" date_filed="1990-02-06" court="3rd Cir." case_name="United States v. Moshe Gozlon-Peretz">894 F.2d 1402, is amended as follows:
