On November 8, 2001, pursuant to a guilty plea to Possession With Intent to Distribute Cocaine and Aiding and Abetting and Use and Carry a Firearm During a Drug Trafficking Offense, Luciano Abreu Gonzalez appeared in United States District Court for the Eastern District ofNorth Carolina, and was sentenced to 168 months imprisonment to be followed by 5 years supervised release. . .
The defendant was released from custody on June 28, 2013, and began supervision in the Eastern District of North Carolina.
He has performed satisfactorily on supervision. He has submitted to DNA testing, all drug tests have been negative, and he has been on low intensity supervision since October 2016. His ten.TI of supervised release is set to expire on June 27, 2018. · The probation office is requesting early termination in this case. The U.S.Attomey's Office has •been contacted and AUSA Ontjes has no objections to this request. Please indicate the court's ·preference by marking the appropriate selection below. /
