215 No. 6:24-cr-000085 United States of America v. Ylanz Demarcus Delane O R D E R The court referred this matter to United States Magistrate Judge John D. Love for administration of a guilty plea under Fed- eral Rule of Criminal Procedure 11. The magistrate judge con- ducted a hearing in the form and manner prescribed by Rule 11 and issued findings of fact and recommendation on the guilty plea. Doc. 66. The magistrate judge recommended that the court ac- cept defendant’s guilty plea and adjudge defendant guilty on count two of the indictment. Id . Defendant waived his right to ob- ject to the magistrate judge’s findings. Id. at 2 .

The court hereby accepts the magistrate judge’s findings of fact and recommendation on the guilty plea. The court also ac- cepts defendant’s plea but defers acceptance of the plea agree- ment until after review of the presentence report.

In accordance with defendant’s guilty plea, the court finds de- fendant Ylanz Demarcus Delane guilty of count two of the indict- ment, charging a violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) - Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine.
