IT IS ORDERED that the motion is: [ ] DENIED. [x] GRANTED and the defendant‘s previously imposed sentence of imprisonment (as reflected in the last judgment issued) of 168 months is reduced to 135 months.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
This sentence pertains only to Count One. The concurrent 120 month sentence on Count 5 is not affected by Amendment 782 to the Guidelines.
Except as otherwise provided, all provisions of the judgment dated 06-07-2007 shall remain in effect.
