ZACHARY ADAM CHESSER, Defendant. MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This matter comes before the Court on pro se Petitioner's motion to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §2255. (Dkt. No. 67). After filing this motion, Petitioner moved for leave in advance to amend or supplement his motion. (Dkt. No. 68). Petitioner has also filed amotion for the production of exculpatory evidence. (Dkt. No. 69). On June 23, 2016, Petitioner filed asupplemental motion to vacate under §2255. pkt. No. 84). To establish acomplete record, the Court hereby GRANTS Petitioner's motion to supplement his motion, and has duly considered Petitioner's supplemental filings. Upon consideration of all the filings in this case, for good cause shown, and for the reasons discussed below. Petitioner's motion under § 2255 is hereby DENIED.
