This was an action by appellee against appellant seeking to recover damages for being wrongfully ejected-by appellant from one of its interurban cars running from Indianapolis to Newcastle.
The facts in this case fall far short of establishing liability for damages on the part of appellant. Judgment reversed with instructions to grant a new trial.
