This is an interlocutory appeal by defendant below from an order denying his motion ‍​‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​​‌​​‌​​​​‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌‍to dismiss for want of prosecution. We find no error in this ruling and affirm.
