New York, 404 U.S. 257, 92 S.Ct. 495, 30 L.Ed.2d 427 (1971), ‍‌‌​​​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​‌‌​​​​​​​‌‌‌​​​​‌​‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​‌​‍in a petition for writ of error coram nobis in the trial court.
