Petition of the State, by its Attorney General, for certiorari to the Court of Appeals to ‍​​‌​​​​‌​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​‌​‌‌‍review and revise the judgment and decision of that Court in the case of Tunstill v. State, 34 So.2d 857.
