In the argument here, counsel on both sides treated the fund in the hands of his administrator for distribution as if it was deilved entirely from realty. No question was made as to the right of Mrs. Brakefield to a child’s part in any of the personal estate of her deceased husband, or as to any right of her children to receive the same under her will. Judgment affirmed.
