Order reversed, with ten dollars costs arid, disbursements, and motion denied, with ten dollars costs, on the ground that it appears that the examination o'f the defendants in the bankruptcy court did not cover all of the issues in this action. Hirschberg, Burr, Thomas, Carr and Woodward, JJ., concurred.
