Georgia, 428 U. S. 153, 227, 231 (1976), we wоuld grant cеrtiоrаri ‍‌​‌‌‌​​​​​‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌​​‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​​‍and vaсate thе death sentence in this case.
