—In an action to recover damages for dental malpractice, the defendant appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Kitzes, J.), dated January 12, 2005, as denied her cross motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint with leave to renew upon the completion of discovery.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
