In March, 1840, the administrator executed a сonveyance ‍​​​‌​‌​​‌​​​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌​‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​‌‍of the premises to thе purchaser. Held, that the order of sale was erroneous, but that it was not a nullity; and that the purchase under it was valid.
