Thompson & Co. v. Herrington

103 Ga. 563 | Ga. | 1897

Lumpkin, P. J.

There was sufficient testimony to authorize the charges alleged to he erroneous solely upon the ground that there was no evidence upon which to base the same ; the verdict was fully warranted, and there was no error in denying a new trial.

Judgment affirmed.

All the Justices concurring.
