Roberts, аs Treаsurer, rеported in 173 Cal., ‍​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​​​‌​‌​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‍commencing at page 398, [160 P. 255]. On the authority of that case, ‍​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​​​‌​‌​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‍the judgment must be affirmed.

The judgment is affirmed.
