This was an action brought originally in the district court of Miami county by Julia Taylor against her husband, Cerill Taylor, for a divorce, alleging as the ground therefor willful abandonment for more than one year. At the October, term, 1886, the case was tried before the court without a jury, and the court found generally in favor of the defendant and against the plaintiff, and rendered judgment against the plaintiff for costs; and to reverse this judgment, the plaintiff, as plaintiff in error, brings the case to this court.
About the only question now presented is whether the court below erred or not in its general finding of fact. We cannot say that the court below committed any such error. It is true that the defendant was absent from the plaintiff for about
