Petition of Burrell Tate and James B. Tate for certiorari to the Court of Appeals to ‍‌‌‌​​‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌​​‌‌​​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‍review and revise the judgment and decision of that Court in Tate et al. v. State, 122 So. 461.
