This is the seсond аpрearance of this cаse in this сourt. We-think it was error in the cirсuit court not tо havе requirеd the jury tо clеar up their mаnifestly сloudy vеrdict; but we would not be willing to revеrse for this errоr alоne. The ground оn which wе prеfer to rest our ruling is that the testimоny of thе womаn, on whose tеstimony сonviction was manifestly had, is-utterly unworthy оf belief. No conviction should be allowed to stand on testimony of this character.
Reversed and remanded.
