Denied the motion, on the ground that one bill of goods, containing fifty ‍​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​​​​‌‍different items, delivered at the same time, was in fact but one item.
