The record in this cause has ‍​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​​​​​‌​‌‌​‍been submitted to a careful consideration and analysis, and we have arrived at the ‍​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​​​​​‌​‌‌​‍conclusion that the decree must be affirmed. A re-discussion of the case would be productive ‍​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​​​​​‌​‌‌​‍of no good, and we have deemed it sufficient to place our decision upon the ‍​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​​​​​‌​‌‌​‍grounds stated in the opinions of the Chancellor and Appellate Court. For the reasons ‍​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​​​​​‌​‌‌​‍therein stated the decree will be affirmed.
