It is ordered, that ‍‌​‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​​​‌​​‌​​​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​​​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‍the writ of review issue; that ‍‌​‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​​​‌​​‌​​​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​​​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‍the Court of Appeal send up ‍‌​‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​​​‌​​‌​​​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​​​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‍the record in duplicate of the ‍‌​‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​​​‌​​‌​​​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​​​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‍case; and that counsel for plaintiff ‍‌​‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​​​‌​​‌​​​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​​​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‍and defendant be notified.
