This cause is reversed and remanded to ‍‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​​​​‌​​​‌​​‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​​‌​​‌‍the trial court on the authority of Ex parte Stubbs, 522 So.2d 322 (Ala.1987).

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
