Petition of Janice Stinson for Certiorari to the Court of Criminal Appeals to review ‍​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​​​​​​‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‍and revise the judgment and decision ol that Court in Stinson v. State, 55 Ala.App. 629, 318 So.2d 325.
