No error of law is complained of. The only doubtful issue? of fact is, whether the taking of the hogs by the defendant was under-a bona fide claim of light, or animo furandi. This issue was clearly-submitted by the charge, and the verdict of the jury is sufficiently supported to prevent the interference of this court.

Judgment affirmed.
