Petition of the State by its Atty. Gen. for Certiorari to the Court of Criminal ‍‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‍Appeals to review and revise the judgment and decision of that Court in Stennett v. State of Ala., 340 So.2d 67.
