In re: Russell D. Hutchinson, applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit. Parish of Livingston.

Writ denied: Based upon the two assignments of error, neither of which complain of voiding the election instead of requiring a run-off between the two feuding candidates. See La.R.S. 18:1431, 1432, we find no merit in the application.

SUMMERS, J., would grant this writ.
