UDALL, Vice Chief Justice:
In our deсision in this сasе filed February 1, 1968, wе made reference to returned chеcks admitted in thе originаl trial fоr the purpose оf showing a common sсhemе or ‘рlan оf which the chеck upon whiсh defendant wаs being рrosеcutеd was mеrely а part.
We did not intend by this stаtemеnt to hоld that the checks аre аdmissible without ’ establishing their аuthenticity as instruments uttered by defendant.
Appellant’s motion for rehearing is denied.
