“When-a ‍‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌​​‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‍charging document conjunctively alleges a crime to have been ‍‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌​​‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‍committed in more than one way, must the state ‍‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌​​‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‍prove commission of both methods?”
