WATSON, J., concurs, being of the ‍‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​​‌​​​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌​​​‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌​​‌​​​‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌​​​​​‍opinion that defendant‘s conviction is final; any relief to which he may ‍‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​​‌​​​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌​​​‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌​​‌​​​‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌​​​​​‍be entitled can be sought only by way of post conviction remedy.
