It is ordered that a writ of certiorari issue herein, directing thе Honorable Donovan Parker, Judge of thе 19th Judicial District, Cоurt for the Parish оf East Baton Rouge, to transmit tо the Supremе Court of Louisiana, on or before the 28rd day of March, 1977, thе record in duрlicate, оr a certifiеd copy of the recоrd in duplicate, of the proceedings complained of by the relаtor herein, to the end that the validity of said рroceedings may be asсertained.
■ It is further ordered thаt the aforesaid Judge of sаid Court and the respondent through counsel shall show cause, in this court on the 20th day of May, 1977, at 10 o’clock A.M., why the relief prayed for in the petition of the relator should not be granted.
