“Does the crime of larceny ‍​​‌‌​​​‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌​​​​​‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌​‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​​​​‌​​‌‌​‌​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​​‌​‌​​‌​​​‌‍by embezzlement require an intent to permanently deprive ‍​​‌‌​​​‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌​​​​​‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌​‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​​​​‌​​‌‌​‌​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​​‌​‌​​‌​​​‌‍another of his property?”
