*1 VANZI, Chief Judge.

{1} Defendant Manuel Valdez has sought to appeal his conviction of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. We previously issued a notice of proposed summary *2 disposition in which we proposed to affirm. Defendant has filed a memorandum in opposition. After due consideration, we remain unpersuaded. In his memorandum in opposition, Defendant presents no new arguments but

{2} reiterates his position that the State failed to present sufficient evidence to support his conviction. [MIO 2-5] We remain unpersuaded by Defendant’s argument. Accordingly, for the reasons stated in the notice of proposed summary disposition, we affirm. IT IS SO ORDERED.
