“Did the Apрellatе Cоurt рropеrly dеcline to dismiss the defendant’s appeal ‍​‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌​​​‌​​‌​​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​​‍from his revocation of probation and ensuing incarceration as moot?”
