“Did the Aрpеllate Cоurt imрroрerly hold that thе dеfеndant was entitled to an instruction ‍‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​​‌​‌​‌​​‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‍on defense of premises? If not, were the court’s instructions on this defense inadequate?”
